We had a really great stay in Bangkok just off the super market, an avenue, and a construction zone. We liked huge and big size rooms😀😀

We appreciated having an en suite bathroom, which provided privacy and convenience during our stay. The refrigerator and minibar in the room were a nice addition, allowing us to store and enjoy refreshments. The tile/marble flooring gave the room a clean and modern look, enhancing our overall experience. It was great to have the option of a washing machine in some rooms, making it easier for us to do laundry.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that others may find it useful.

The "close proximity" to Soi Cowboy and Benjakitti Park was charming. if you're into questionable nightlife and random park encounters.

no complains at all, did not want to leave there. the apartment was clean and located really close to taxi, the train station and a construction zone. hosts were outstandingly accommodating and amiable, even gave us room with comfortable beds. we really enjoyed nicely furnished and large rooms. the building was perfect. it was good and perfect near to public transport.

During my stay at 39 Living, I found two key features of the property to be quite convenient. as a frequent traveler, I often look for hotels that are conveniently located for transit purposes, and 39 Living met this requirement perfectly. It is situated at a distance of only 3.2 km from BTS - Phloen Chit, making it easily accessible for travelers using public transportation. the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Phrom Phong, providing quick and hassle-free access to various attractions and amenities in the area.

While staying at 39 Living, one minor negative aspect I noticed was the lack of proper lighting around the building. The lights on the side of the property were out, which made entering and exiting the building quite dark and somewhat unsafe, especially for solo travelers like myself.

Yo, my friends and I stayed at this place in Bangkok and it was legit! The location was dope, right in the heart of Sukhumvit. We were surrounded by lit Japanese restaurants and it was so convenient. The rooms were clean and bug-free, which was clutch. And even though not all the staff spoke English, they were friendly as hell.

The one thing I gotta say is that this place could use some more party vibes. Like, it was cool for a chill stay, but we were hoping for more fun activities for us young party-goers.
